After a fast-paced 3-month furlough to the U.S., Scott and Liz Ingram, along with the three kids, have returned to Uganda and are ready for the year that lies ahead.
While home, the family was able to minister and visit our partners in churches from Central Missouri to Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia, then back to the St. Louis area of Missouri, Illinois, and Indiana, then home to Texas, where they ministered from east to west. All in all it was a very blessed trip, and the time with friends and family was a great encouragement.
Here are just a few bullet points of what the Ingram family will be doing over the next couple of months if you would keep them in prayer:
- Beginning this week, Liz has stepped in as a part-time teacher at the Tyler International Homeschool Co-op, due to the sudden departure of our 1st and 2nd grade teacher, as well as resuming her role as the school admin.
- Scott will join the teaching faculty of the Ecclesiastical Excellences Summit at Pearl Haven Christian Center for the 6th year in a row, starting January 22nd.
- Scott will be officiating the wedding of Sozo's Pastor Shadrack in Busia, Uganda on February 3rd.
- They will be hosting a visiting team from the U.K., led by our friend David Tee, from February 8th to 19th.
- Scott will travel to South Africa for the first time to join Kim Cleveland and EquipNaitons in leading some ministry training events from March 5th to 11th
- Former Sozo Missionary Tiffany Shaver will be leading a team from the Global Awakening School of Supernatural Ministry to Kenya in March, where Scott will join them to run two conferences. The first will be at Sozo Ministries Church, Bahai, on March 19th and 20th, then the second at Sozo Ministries, Juja, on March 22nd and 23rd.
- Immediately after the Kenya mission, Scott will rush back to Uganda for the annual Easter Convention of Living Water Ministries Uganda, the last week of the month.
