As we prepare for this year’s Global Outreach mission in Juba, South Sudan, Scott Ingram led an advance team there for the past 10 days to finalize some preparations and train local church leadership for the follow-up of new believers after the mission.
On Saturday, May 13th, Scott met with a number of church leaders to once again cast the vision for this year’s Global Outreach mission and encourage them to join in. Then over the course of 4 days, he led half-day discipleship training meetings in various quadrants of the city. As always, the response to the training was that it was highly beneficial and very much needed in East Africa. (If you’d like to download the Discipleship Handbook used for this training, click here.)
While in Juba, Scott was also able to minister in three different churches in the city. It was a very blessed time.
The Global Outreach mission will begin on July 18th of this year. Our budget for the mission is right at $5,000, which has yet to be raised. If you would consider giving any love offering or support to this mission, we would be greatly honored.
